Whether the outer color of the wire meets the customer's requirements, and whether the surface is smooth, uniform, free of pores, cracks, indentation, concave and convex, damage, speckles, dirt, etc

2: the pressure

Pressing the wire terminal model is correct, the appearance is good, whether there is rupture, fly wire and other bad phenomena

Terminal tension inspection: whether there is damage and detachment under the specified tension

Check the effect of terminal pressure: it should not be damaged or detached under the specified tension

3: cut the casing

Whether the casing specification and length meet the requirements

Tubing surface finish (flat, uniform color)

4: wear casing

Whether the specification of casing and the specification and quantity of wire are correct

5: assembly

The hole position of connector and the color of wire wire must be pulled back when the terminal is inserted into connector according to the drawing requirements
